Following the 3-3 draw at The Galpharm Stadium on Tuesday night the Town boss said:
"I feel despondent at the way the goals were conceded. When you score three goals at home you should be winning the match.
"But the defending was terrible. We've seen this before in away games. Players are not making the right decisions at the back.
"We keep working with them time and again in training and yet the same mistakes keep happening.
"We'll have to look at getting in some players who won't keep making the same mistakes.
"Sadly we can't do anything about getting players in or out for the next five or six weeks."
