Huddersfield manager Lee Clark has confirmed the future of Krystian Pearce "lies elsewhere" after they failed to agree a new deal with the defender. Pearce, who was out of contract following his short-term move from Birmingham in January, had been a regular feature on the substitutes` bench since arriving at the Galpharm Stadium - his one appearance coming at Southampton in March 2010. Clark told the club`s official website: "We had discussions with Krystian over a potential new deal at the club during the summer but his future lies elsewhere and I wish him the best of luck in the future."
