Mr Taylor is a lifelong Town fan and his latest step surley shows how far the board are willing to go to keep this club alive.

It is believed that the majority of the wage bill has been paid by Mr Taylor, although it has not been confirmed how much Mr Taylor has paid.

He said today, 'There is no fan who gets more upset when we lose or elated when we win, but if we can survive to the end of the season it will give me far greater satisfaction than any promotion."

He went on to say that current negitioations with player need to be succsesful for the club to move forward, and that talk's with potential investers are not into an advanced stage yet. The club have also been unable to start talks with the PFA.

'The one positive which keeps us going is our supporters.'

"They give us a significant proportion of their income because they love the club, they know we are doing all we can and they see a board of directors working for absolutely nothing to try and help Huddersfield Town survive'' Mr Talyor went on to say

This is a sign of how desperate things are getting for the club WE the fans must get behind the team and do all we can to help them best we can. At the moment the best way to support the club is to get down to the games. It wont break the bank, and its a great way to spend a day. So come on down, bring the kids, bring the wife/husband, just get down and SUPPORT YOUR CLUB!
