Three Game Ban For Winger

Roberts was not sent off in the game at The Memorial Stadium last weekend but after studying video evidence the Football Association have deemed that the Town winger's actions during a second half confrontation between players of both side's warranted a case of violent conduct.

Roberts' three game ban come's into effect immediately and so he will miss Wednesday nights Carling Cup tie against Newcastle United at St James Park.

He will also sit out the next two League One games against Yeovil and Rotherham.
